Ernest’s Obituary Ernest E. Kneer, 68, of Fulton, passed away on May 10, 2019 at Upstate University Hospital. Born in Syracuse, he was the son of the late Dorothy Cox. He was a family man who he loved his wife, children and grandchildren more than anything.

He enjoyed watching Duck Dynasty and WWE, loved camping and loved his beer and coffee. He also enjoyed his time with the Pennellville Volunteer Fire Department. Ernest is survived by his wife of 35 years, Deborah (Richway) Kneer; daughters, Jenna Kneer and Jessica (Kneer) Miller; sons, Matthew, Jeffery, and Earl Kneer; brothers, Rodney, Billy, Johnny and Danny Miller; sister, Lisa Perkins; and 16 grandchildren.

In addition to his mother, he was predeceased by two daughters, Angela Phillips and Mary Elizabeth Kneer. Calling hours will be on Tuesday, May 14th 2019, from 11AM-12 with a service to follow at Nelson Funeral Home, 11 West Albany Street.
