Esther Lorraine Arthur, 97, of Tallahassee, passed away on February 12, 2019. A daughter of the late Ralph Allen and Frances Campbell, she was born in Plattsmouth, Nebraska on September 14, 1921. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Russel Lee Arthur.

She was a dedicated homemaker, and enjoyed painting and spending time with her family. She also attended Good Shepherd Catholic Church. Survivors include her children, Patricia Anne Brunson, Darlene Ruth Williams, Peter Arthur and Mary Moody; grandchildren, Jason Norfleet, Thomas Thomson, Ron Thomson, Russel Arthur, Maryanne Diggs, Robert Arthur, Bethane Hampton and Caleb Hampton; great-grandchildren, Nick Thomson, Natalie Thomson, Campbell Diggs and Peyton Marie Diggs.
