Obituary of Esther Mae Burns Conneaut- Esther Mae Burns, 88, passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at the Ashtabula County Nursing Home. She was born on July 19, 1930 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania the daughter of Lester and Grace (nee Arter) Lightfoot. Esther was employed as a senior lab technician for over 30 years with Cleveland Metro Medical Hospital.

She enjoyed flowers and spending time in her gardens. Mrs. Burns is survived by her son, Lanny (Janice) Betha; grandchildren, Lanny Betha, Jr., Price Betha, Crystal Betha, Bethany Williams, Antonio Johnson, Tifphany Betha and Ter’ance Betha; and her siblings, Lester Lightfoot, Jr., Walter Lightfoot, James Lightfoot, Grace Woods, and Dorthy Walker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Lee Burns; and a son, Larry Betha.
