OBITUARY Ethan Gregory Hennies May 13, 1998 – September 18, 2018 Ethan G. Hennies, 20, was born in Louisville on May 13, 1998 and passed away on September 18, 2018. Ethan went to Fern Creek High School where he was a part of the school’s JROTC rifle team. He enjoyed being outdoors, skateboarding, and could be described as someone with an infectious smile that was fun and loving.

Ethan’s last act of love was donating several of his organs to others in need. Ethan is survived by his parents Gregory Hennies (Jennifer) and Jennifer Heil (David); siblings Nick Pound, Haley Hennies, Danielle Clark-Hennies, and Finnegan Hennies; his grandparents Kevin and Denise Witt, Garry and Mary Sapp, Rick and Brenda Heil and Marilyn Hennies; and several aunts, uncles and cousins who all loved him very dearly. The visitation for Ethan will be on Friday from 2-8 pm at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home and Saturday from 10 am-1 pm.

A service to celebrate his life will be on Saturday at 1 pm, with entombment to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made by clicking the link below to help ease funeral expenses.
