Obituary for Clarence H. “Julio” Smith Jr. Smith, Clarence H., Jr. “Julio”, 63, passed away Friday, September 14, 2018 with his family by his side. Clarence was a Navy veteran. He is preceded in death by his parents: Clarence H. & Mary E. Smith, Sr.; his grandparents: George & Lila Smith; and his best friend: Billy Borsch.

Clarence is survived by his four sisters: Sandy Lasley (Jerry), Annett Flake (Chester), Celeste Benash (Eric) and Rebecca Murphy (Jerry); his four brothers: James L. (Tangie), George T. (Trina), Charles R. (Shannon) and David H. Smith (Lisa); and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at J.B. Ratterman & Son, 2114 W. Market St., at 11:00 a.m. with burial at Mount Washington Cemetery.
