OBITUARY Nancy V. Baker May 28, 1920 – September 13, 2018 Nancy W. Baker 98, passed from this life to the next on Thursday, September 13th 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Clayton Baker and her parents, Ray and Virginia Weller of Shelbyville. Nancy leaves behind sons, William Ray Baker (Cathy) and Timothy Lee Baker, grandchildren, Andrew (Ember) and Caitlin Baker and great grandchildren Jezzah and Gunner Baker.

Nancy previously worked as a bookkeeper and accountant for Long Block Silo, Davis Motors, the Star Tobacco Warehouse and the Shelby County Fair. She was a past International President of the Kings Daughters, the Jennies and a volunteer for the American Red Cross. Visitation and service will be held Saturday at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, KY from 11am-2pm with funeral service to follow immediately thereafter.

Interment will follow in Resthaven Memorial Park. Rather than flowers, the family requests donations to The William H. Bauer Foundation Inc. 970 South 4th Street Louisville, KY 40203.
