Eugene Parker Sylacauga, AL – Funeral service for Eugene Parker, 87, will be Monday, October 15, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Chapel with Rev. Wayne McDaniel officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Sylacauga, AL.

Mr. Parker died Friday, October 12, 2018 at Coosa Valley Medical Center. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Rosa Parker, wife, Mary Doris Parker, daughter, Virginia Gail Parker, grandchildren, Douglas Scott Smith and Maranda Smith. He is survived by daughter, Diane (Roger) Leach of Sylacauga; two sons, Roger (Kaye) Parker of Sylacauga, Paul Parker of Sylacauga; five grandchildren, Christie (Barry) Penton, Terri (Jeff) Whaley, Matthew (Amanda) Parker, Adam (Pam) Parker, Stephanie Parker; 7 great-grandchildren; and special friend, Ann Brewer.

Visitation will be Sunday, October 14, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Matt Parker, Adam Parker, Roger Leach, Ray Weldon, Douglas Smith and Barry Penton. Memorial messages may be sent to the family at www.
