Eunice Conger, 94, of Itasca, passed away at her home Thursday, January 3, 2019. Graveside Service: 11:00 a.m., Monday, January 14, 2019 at Itasca Cemetery. Pastor Diane Barnes, officiating.

Eunice Thaddeus Dubaz Conger was born May 25, 1924 in Biloxi, Mississippi to John and Cecile Andre Dubaz. She worked as an administrative assistant for the Federal Aviation Administration. She later worked for the Itasca Senior Center.

Eunice also was recognized as Itasca’s Woman of the Year. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, Jim Phillips and Jim Allen and son, Robert. Survivors: daughters, Carol Stuart of Fort Worth, Jeanne Bland of Itasca, and Suzy Phillips of Wichita Falls; 6 Grandchildren, Jennifer Tiller; Austin Stacey Cromer of Fort Worth, Sarah Meiners of Spring, Amy, Torres of Haltom City, Victoria Phillips of Fort Worth, Bryan and his wife Virpi Bland of Finland; 5 Great-Grandchildren, Jay, Jackson, Jillian, Ava, Jacob, and Olivia; 1 great-great-grandchild, Briley.
