Eunice Norene (Barker) New, age 82, of Franklin, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at Woodlands of Middletown. Eunice was born in West Liberty, Ohio on August 15, 1936 to the late John and Esther Barker. Eunice is preceded in death by her two sisters, Vonderine Pratt and Venus Elam.

She is survived by her daughter, Teena (David) Paul; two sons, Clifford K. New, Robert A. New; grandchildren, Katie New, Nathan Paul, Christina Paul; and a host of family and friends In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Miami Valley.
