PAXTON, Ricky Alan, age 65, of Middletown, Ohio, passed away Thursday, February 14, 2019 at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties where he had been a patient for one day. He was born June 18, 1953 in Hamilton, Ohio. Ricky was employed in the shipping department at Burrow’s Paper Company in Springboro for 26 years.

He enjoyed spending time with his family. Preceding him in death were his father, Gilmore Paxton; one brother, Ronnie Paxton; and one nephew, Ricci Myers. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Juanita and Carl Kesterson; four daughters, Yalonda Paxton, Tiffany Paxton, Brittany Paxton and Aly Roberts; eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren; his girlfriend, Joni Lawson; one sister, Linda Haddix; two brothers, Bobby Kesterson and Billy Kesterson, two nieces, Karri McKamey and Traci Freels; and extended family and friends.

Private services at the convenience of the family will be held at Herr-Riggs Funeral Home with Dr. Dan Flory officiating. Interment will be at Heritage Hills Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, 210 S. Main St., Middletown, Ohio 45044.
