Obituary for Evelyn Tally Evelyn Estelle Tally May 27, 1929 – July 24, 2018 Evelyn Estelle Tally, 89, of Bluff Dale, died Tuesday, July 24, 2018 in Bluff Dale. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday morning, July 28th at Hightower Cemetery, (north east of) Morgan Mill. The Tally family will be conducting her services.

Stephenville Funeral Home is in charge of her arrangements. Evelyn was born on May 27, 1929, in Raleigh, Alabama to Estelle Tomlinson and Jack Robbins. She owned and operated the Buttercup Bakery in Stephenville for several years.

Evelyn was an accomplished painter, and, at one time, she and her family spent many hours singing on radio stations. Evelyn moved to Stephenville in 1971, from Fremont, California. Survivors include her daughters, Pamela Jean Tally of Stephenville, Sharon Marie Brady of Soquel, California, and Carol Thomas of Bluff Dale; and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.

Besides her parents and death of her husband, Carl Tally, in 1993; Evelyn was also preceded in death by her son, Jimmy Tally; and daughter, Linda Johnson.
