Obituary for Evelyn H. Larsen Evelyn H. (nee: Eichsteadt) Larsen, 93, passed away on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at St. Monica’s Senior Care Living. She was born in Racine on June 10, 1924, the daughter of Raymond and Florence (nee: Larsen) Eichsteadt. On November 6, 1943, Evelyn was united in marriage to Harry E. Larsen in Shreveport, LA.

He preceded her in death on April 12, 2011. Surviving are her children, Dave (Maggie) Larsen and Ellen (Mark) Petersen, all of Racine; two grandchildren, Kate (Phil) Barbier of St. Louis, MO, Greg (Crystal) Larsen of Racine; great grandchildren, Clara and Elise Barbier of St. Louis, MO, Evelyn and Grady Larsen of Racine. She is further survived by a sister, Arlene Lanser of Racine, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at Sturino Funeral Home on Friday, April 20, 2018 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Mary Janz officiating. There will be a visitation before services from 9:30 a.m. until service time at 11 a.m. Evelyn will be laid to rest next to her husband, Harry at West Lawn Memorial Park.

Memorials to Hospice Alliance or to St. Monica’s Senior Care Living has been suggested. The Larsen family would like to extend a very special thank you to Evelyn’s caregivers from Hospice Alliance and the staff at St. Monica’s.
