Obituary for Joan L. Mohr Joan L. Mohr RACINE – Joan L. Mohr went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, May 28, 2018. She was born on January 14, 1931 to Harvey and Angeline (nee: Mikulecky) Hope. After graduating from Wm Horlick High School, class of 1948, Joan met her future husband, Raymond Mohr while working at Hamilton Beach Co

They married on July 9, 1949. Ray died in April 2008. Joan is survived by her son, Steven (Darcy) Mohr, and daughter-in-law, Judith (friend Marty) Mohr; grandchildren, Karl Mohr, Erika (Brian Hoecherl) Mohr, Jacob Mohr, and Colin Mohr; great granddaughter, Arabella Joan Hoecherl, uncle, Harvey Mikulecky; sisters-in-law, Leona (Don) Zurawski, and Barbara Mohr, relatives, friends, neighbors, lunch gang, church members, and especially her loving partner, Don, and his children, Dave (Pat), Dennis (Lyn), Dawn (Steve), and Debbie (John) and families.

Joan is now in heaven with Jesus, her beloved husband, Ray, dear son, Jeffrey Raymond, precious grandson, Raymond Adam, parents; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Adam and Katrina Mohr, sister, Ruth (Paul) Kugel, brother, Richard (Donna) Hope, and many brothers and sisters-in-law. Memorial services will be held at Christian Reformed Church, 900 Illinois St. 53405, on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at 11 a.m. Private interment will take place at West Lawn memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Racine Christian Reformed Endowment Fund or family.
