Funeral service for Evelyn Louise Taylor Beal, 88, will be held on Friday, October 5, 2018 at 11 am at Anniston Memorial Funeral Home with Brother Ray Lowery officiating. The family will receive friends Friday from 10 am until service time. Burial will follow at Anniston Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Beal was born on May 5, 1930 and passed from this life on October 1, 2018 at Jacksonville Health and Rehab. She leaves behind two daughters, Rhonda Beal Cox (Gary L.) and Reba J. “Jeannie” Beal , one son, David A. Beal (Terry B.); three grandson, Christopher Cox (Angie), Jason Cox and Joseph Beal; two great-grandsons, Shane Cox (Kridsanah) and Garrett Cox; brothers, James Taylor, Virgle Taylor, Luther Taylor (Harriett) and Jerry Taylor. Pallbearers will be family and close friends.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 66 years, E. J. Beal; parents, Jessie and Plonnie Taylor; three sisters, Opal McDonald, Ola Mae McCombs and Pauline Murray and infant brother, Marshall Taylor. The family is grateful to the staff of Anniston Memorial Funeral Home, Anniston Memorial Gardens and Maple Grove Cemetery for their loving support during this time. They also wish to express their appreciation to the staff and management of Jacksonville Health and Rehab and the loving care and attentive from Northeast Alabama Regional Medical Center and Kindred Hospice.

The family was blessed for many years with a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. The family request memorial donations may be made to the Gideons.
