Evelyn May Classen, 96 of Maxwell, passed away Friday, April 6, 2018, at Rolling Green Village in Nevada. Evelyn was born June 20, 1921, in Colo the daughter of Jake and Myrtle Myers. She graduated from Nevada High School in 1939 and was united in marriage to Donald Classen on February 22, 1957, in Omaha, Nebraska.

Evelyn worked for the Maxwell Public Schools and was a member of the Maxwell Presbyterian Church in Maxwell. Evelyn is survived by her husband, Donald; her daughter,… Read More » Linda (William) Larson; her brother, Richard Myers of Maxwell; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Evelyn has been cremated and no services are planned. Rasmusson-Bacon Funeral Home in Maxwell is handling arrangements.
