Felicity Marie Vining, 3 months old, passed away unexpectedly at 2:03 P.M. Tuesday, December 25, 2018, at Mary Rutan Hospital in Bellefontaine, Ohio. She was born in Bellefontaine September 18, 2018, a daughter of Rachel Brannan and Charles Andrew Vining II both of Bellefontaine. In addition to her parents, Felicity is survived by her brother, Jacob Vining; maternal grandparents, Tim (Teresa) Wellbaum and Karen Castle; paternal grandparents, Kenneth Wayne Vining, Barbara Benka Davis, Rick (Jennie) Slade, and Robert Castle; six aunts, Jessica Wellbaum, Charlotte Schmidt, Victoria Kathleen Vining, Violet “Nanny” Miller Coyer, Deena Cook, and Tammy Castle; four uncles, Tom Holycross, Oakley Castle, Matthew Harper, and Zandor Hoffer and family friends, Amanda Eagan and Frank Arbogast.

A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. The arrangements are in the care of the staff of the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Bellefontaine.
