Odem – Fernando “Red” Aguirre Villarreal, II passed away May 26, 2018. He was 46. Fernando was born in Sinton, Texas on August 12, 1971 to Fernando, Sr. and Juanita (Aguirre) Villarreal.

He was a lifelong resident of Odem, Texas and was formerly employed with Denny’s restaurant. Fernando is preceded in death by his father: Fernando Martinez Villarreal, Sr.; stepfather: Rudy F. Moreno, Sr.; maternal grandparents: Maria and Augustine Aguirre: and paternal grandparents: Maria and Gilberto Villarreal. Survivors include his mother: Janie Aguirre Trevino of Odem, Texas; daughters: Kassandra Villarreal and Janie Villarreal, both of Corpus Christi, Texas; grandchildren: Damian, Justin III, Michael, Daniel and Daveena; brothers: Rudy Aguirre Moreno (Holly) of West Monroe, LA; and a niece: Stormi K. Moreno of West Monroe, LA.

Visitation will begin Thursday, May 31, 2018, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Sinton. A rosary will be held the same evening, 7:00 PM, at the funeral home. A graveside service will be held Friday, June 1, 2018, 10:00 AM at San Pedro Cemetery, Odem.
