Mr. Fletcher D. Buy of Raeford, passed away on Thursday June 28, 2018 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, at the age of 66. Fletcher was born in Neptune, N.J. on October 22, 1951. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Buy.

He served in the U.S. Navy. Fletcher was a member of Abacus Masonic Lodge in N.J. He is survived by his mother, Jane Buy of Raeford, two brothers, Doug Buy (LuAnn) of Keansburg, NJ.

and David Buy of Raeford. A Memorial Services will be held later.
