Box 928 210 Main Street Clintwood, VA. 24228 Phone 276-926-4646 Fax: 276-926-9887 Frances Lucille Browning Mullins, 86 “Lucille” was born December 9, 1931 at Powers Branch Clintwood, Virginia. On June 06, 2018 Lucille was called into Gloryland, where she heard welcome home my faithful servant.

Frances had lived in Northern Virginia and Dickenson County all of her life. She was of the Christian Faith and a direct descendent of Captain John Browning. Lucille is survived by a Son, Willie Barnell Mullins and wife Burita of Manassas, VA, Priscilla Francine Mullins of Clintwood, VA, and Vanessa Ferrari and husband Gene of Hurricane, WV.

Six grandchildren: Crystal Renee Lyall, Sheena Evon Ramirez, Jeremy Brent Mullins, Athena Michelle Pamperin, Elizabeth Anne Price and Ethan Warner Ferrari. 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Two Sisters: Bessie Hill and Roseanne Apple Welcoming Lucille to her heavenly home is Willie Mullins, husband of 65 years, Granddaughter Wendy Leigh Powers, and her Parents Tivis and Lena Powers Browning.

Sisters: Oval, Betty Jean and Hailey Browning, Eunice Dotson, Barbara Mullins, Clerise Short and Christine Mullins. Brothers: Berlin, Letcher, Carlyle, Gerald, Shelley, and Roy Shelton Browning. A Celebration of life will be held on June 08, 2018 at 6:00pm at Mullins Funeral home Chapel with Terry Price Officiating, with a sunset farewell in the Powers Branch Cemetery, Clintwood, VA.

Pallbearers will be Children and Grandchildren. Family Visitation will be held between 4:00 to 6:00 PM on June 08, 2018 in the Mullins Funeral Home Chapel. Mullins Funeral Home and Staff are serving the Mullins Family.
