Obituary for Frances Millwood Smith Frances Millwood Smith, 85, of Pacolet Mills, SC, died Monday, September 3, 2018, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born May 12, 1933, in Pacolet Mills, she was the daughter of the late Jesse Lee Millwood and Nettie V. Snapp Millwood. Frances was a member of Brown’s Chapel Baptist Church.

She was formerly employed with Pacolet Manufacturing Company for 32 years and Hardee’s for 14 years. Survivors include her sons, Tommy Dean Smith (Myra) and Ricky Lee Smith, all of Pacolet, SC; grandchildren, Amanda Smith Fortenberry, Angel Jacobs, Billy Jack Rochester (Shellie), Michael John Rochester (Ginny), and Bobby Rochester; 13 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mildred Ruth Womack of Pacolet, SC. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a son, Billy Wayne Smith; grandson, Billy Ray Smith; and brother, Gerald Millwood.

Visitation will be 1:00-2:15 PM Thursday, September 6, 2018, at Brown’s Chapel Baptist Church, 350 Green Street, Pacolet, SC 29372 with funeral services following at 2:30 PM, conducted by Rev. Ralph Jett and Rev. Michael Rochester.

Burial will be in Pacolet Memorial Gardens, 141 Memorial Dr., Pacolet, SC 29372. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home, 686 Jeff Davis Drive, Spartanburg, SC 29303.
