Frances Pratt, 59, of Kingwood died on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh with family at her side. She was born May 17, 1959 in Kingwood a daughter of Violet Smith Pyles of Kingwood and the late Frenchie Pyles, Sr She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and companion.

She enjoyed crocheting, making quilts, the outdoors and going camping and loved her animals. She is survived by her Fiance , Joe Moore; two daughters, Misty Wolfe and companion, Jason Shrout of Kingwood and Tanya Pratt and companion, Randy Deal of Tunnelton; a brother, Frenchie Pyles, Jr. of Kingwood; three sisters, Betty Sechrest and husband, Paul of Fayetteville, NC, Thelma Shaver and husband Stanley of Fellowsville and Peggy Pyles of Howesville and three grandchildren, Ryan Deal, Scotty Deal and Jaxson Shrout. She was also preceded in death by her son, Brent; four brothers, Scotty, Franklin, James “Doc” and Stevie Allen and her sister, Judy Harrison.
