Obituary for Frances Williams Frances Williams passed away on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 in Tulsa. She was 92 years old. Frances was born to the late John and Evelyn (Forester) O’Neal in Paris, Texas on September 3, 1926.

Frances loved doing puzzles. She would spend hours working on them. She also had a green thumb for gardening.

Frances is preceded in death by her parents, husband James Williams, infant daughter Donna Jo Williams, son John Crow and all of her siblings. Those left to cherish the memories of Frances are her children Evelyn Myers and husband Jerry of Owasso, and Mike Williams of Beggs, grandchildren Bobby Myers and wife Lori, Chris Williams, and Angie (Williams) Davis and husband Mike and four great grandchildren. There are no services planned at this time.

Arrangements and cremation services have been entrusted to the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home of Beggs.
