Frank Panka, 81, of Savannah Lakes Village, McCormick, South Carolina passed away Friday morning, July 13, 2018 at his home. Frank was born in Chicago on September 10, 1936. He grew up in Chicago and later reared his three children there.

Frank was a successful businessman and entrepreneur, involved in many business ventures. He will be remembered in Elkhart, Indiana for his companies – B and P Products, Quality Laminated Products, Kitchen and Bath, and Panel Solutions. Frank retired in 2002 and relocated with his wife, Janice, to McCormick, SC where he spent his time golfing, fishing, and traveling around the world.

Frank is survived by his wife, Janice, of 19 years; his children Toby and Tracey of Indianapolis, Indiana, and Kelly of Chicago, Illinois, and two step-children, Andy Blake of Rochester, New York, and Heidi Knepp of Goshen, Indiana; a brother, Larry; and six grandchildren, Lauren, Camden, Makena, Kacyn, Quinn, and Alexandra. A memorial service will be held in Elkhart at a later date, and close friends will be invited for a memorial toast at his home on a date yet to be determined. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorials, in memory of Frank, to be sent to Hospice Care of the Piedmont, 408 W. Alexander Ave.
