Survivors include his wife: Kimberly Sledge Holtzclaw, son: Larry Lee Anthony Holtzclaw, all of Madisonville, grandchildren: Alassia Jean Holtzclaw, Caleb Holtclaw, Chole Holtzclaw, brother: Gerald Webb, sister: Sherry Holtzclaw, nephew: Brandon Holtzclaw, The family will have a celebration of life service on Friday, June 29, 2018 at Kyker Funeral Homes, Sweetwater, at 2:00 P.M. in Kyker’s Chapel with Rev.
