BRZOZA, Frank J., 63, of Matteson Rd. , passed away peacefully on Monday, May 28, 2018 at Kent Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was the former husband of Janet (Charbonneau) Brzoza and Honi-Ann (Goodman) Degnan.

Born in Warwick, RI, he was a son of the late Frank J. and Rita (Marsocci) Brzoza. He was a retiree of Arkwright, Inc. after 45 years of employment. Frank loved life.

He was always laughing and making everyone around him laugh and smile. He put everyone else first, and was ALWAYS there when needed. He was incredibly kind to everyone, even a stranger.

Anyone who has had the pleasure of meeting him grew to love him. He was the life of every party. Frank loved riding his motorcycle, playing with his grand-dogs, and all animals in general.

He enjoyed nature, gardening, flowers, sunny days, and taking care of his home. He loved “takin’ it easy”, relaxing and hanging out while living a simple life. His friends and their families were an extension of him.

He enjoyed company and being surrounded with people. Frank always said things the way they were, never sugar-coating anything! “Live, Laugh, Love and Be Happy” was truly how he lived his life.

His answer to any question was always the simplest…”Because I feel like it”. He is survived by his children, Neil J. Brzoza and his wife Carrie of East Greenwich, Sherri R. Lineham and her husband Ryan of Hope Valley, Justin A. Brzoza of Coventry and an inherited son, Evan T. Chace of Scituate; two sisters, Barbara Hefner of Pennsylvania and Margaret Farrell and her husband Robert of New Jersey, and a brother, Bruce Brzoza and his wife Dianne of Coventry. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and a large extended family of close friends.

Visitation will be held Friday, June 1, 2018 from 4:00 – 8:00 pm in the IANNOTTI Funeral Home, 415 Washington St. (Rte. 117), Coventry. Burial will be private.
