Obituary for Frank Webb Jr. Elm City……………………………. Frank Webb Jr., age 75, died Saturday, October 13, 2018 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Funeral service will be conducted Tuesday, October 16, at 11:00 A.M. at the Farmville Funeral Home Chapel by Rev.

Ken Cobb. Interment will follow in Queen Anne Cemetery in Fountain. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 10:00 until 11:00 A.M.

He is survived by his wife, Lois Farmer Webb of the home; daughters, Brenda Webb of the home, Frances Webb Cooley and husband, Larry, and Linda Webb Evans and husband, Ray, all of Elm City; sisters, Hilda Bennett and husband, Dick of Wilson and Delphia Harrell and husband, Steve of Swansboro.
