Obituary for Frankie Geddings Frankie Talbert Geddings, 77, wife of Lawrence M. Geddings, died Wednesday, October 17, 2018, at Blue Ridge Nursing Facility. Born October 26, 1940, in the Turkey Creek community of Lee County, she was a daughter of the late Ollie Talbert and the late Lucille Brown Talbert. She attended Green Acres Assembly of God and retired from Blue Ridge Trucking Company.

Survivors include her husband of 46 years; three daughters, Cheryl Atkinson of Sumter, Rae Burke (Randy) of Dalzell, and Jackie Anderson (Ronnie) of Sumter; a step-daughter, Sharon Collins (Scott) of Pamplico; six grandchildren; a number of great-grandchildren whom she loved dearly; four brothers, Ronnie Talbert, Thomas Talbert, Lester Talbert, and Farrell Talbert; and a special friend, Pat Griggs. She was preceded in death by a brother, Billy Talbert; and a sister, Ruth Ghoens. A memorial service will be held at 1 P.M. Saturday at Green Acres Assembly of God with the Rev.

Michael Bowman officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 1 P.M. Saturday at Green Acres Assembly of God and other times at the home, 1417 Camden Hwy. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Royal Ranger Fund of Green Acres Assembly of God, 537 Lewis Rd.
