After more than ten years apart Lynn decided he’d waited long enough and on July 6th he brought Ina home. Although we miss her terribly, we know this is where she wanted to be. Ina was born in Rotterdam, The Netherlands to Christinus Bernard and Fransina Johanna Warnas.

She celebrated her eleventh birthday aboard the Holland America sailing with her family to their new life in America. After nearly a month of travel, she and her family settled in Salt Lake City, Utah, where Ina spent her life. Ina attended East High School and was part of the graduating class of 1960.

As a young woman, she worked at Harman’s Café. She sadly lost her mother at a young age and courageously overcame many obstacles through that tragedy. Married twice, first to Leroy Gunn, she settled down as a loving homemaker.

She later met the man she spent the rest of her life with, Lynn Camomile and they married on April 2, 1966. Ina’s family was her world, she always worried about everyone. She had the kindest hands and the most loving kisses.

There was no chance of hiding it from her if you were upset, she could always tell and responded with an open heart. She was understanding and always forgiving. She was a pillar of strength and stability.

Some of her favorite times were spent with family and friends at her property in Indianola, Utah. She enjoyed the outdoors and in her younger years never went without a great tan. Back in the day, she was Aquanet’s best customer.

She kept a well-manicured lawn even at the expense of her best scissors. A good cup of coffee and a dramatic story on the police scanner made her night. Ina is survived by her son, Ron Camomile (Kristi), daughter, Wendy Pantoja (Paul); stepchildren: Debbie, David, and Diana; grandchildren: Nicole, Andy (April), Dani (Isaac), Jamie (Steve), Jessica, Peyton, and Riley; great-grandchildren: Easton, Fisher, and Matthew; as well as many beloved family and friends.

She is preceded in death by many whom she missed dearly and will be overjoyed to see again: mother- Fransina Johanna Warnas, husband- Lynn Camomile, brothers- Herman and Willem Warnas, daughter- Kathy Titus Nelson, and many friends. Services will be held at noon Friday, July 13, 2018 at Goff Mortuary, 8090 State Street, Midvale, Utah 84047. Family and friends may call two hours prior, beginning at 10 am.

The family would like to give special thanks to Dr. Roy Gandolfi for always taking great care of our Mom/Grandma, for making her laugh and being her friend.
