We celebrate the memory of Fred E. Klein, who passed away at the age of 75, on January 22, 2019. Fred was preceded in death by his parents Mary (Scunzio) Klein and Harry Klein Sr., and his brother in law John McConnahea. He is survived by his sister, Maryanna (Klein) McConnaheya; brothers, Harry and Chris Klein; niece, Lisa (Troy) Easton; great nephew, Robert; nephew, David McConnahea; distant family; many friends and neighbors.

He had an enjoyable career working for Gooding Amusement Park and Columbus Zoo. He spent a lifetime on Princeton Avenue on Columbus’ Westside. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Franklin County Dog Shelter in memory of Fred.

Visitation will be held Tuesday January 29, 2019 from 7 PM to 9 PM at RUTHERFORD-SHROYER FUNERAL HOME, 1278 W. Broad St., Columbus, OH 43222. Funeral services will be held at noon on Wednesday January 30, 2019 with burial at Sunset Cemetery after. Condolences may be made to the family at www.
