Obituary for Freddie V. Williams Freddie V. Williams, 83, a long time Rushville resident, passed away November 1, 2018 in Rushville. Freddie was born February 22, 1935 in Monticello, Ark. to Russell Veasey & Doris (Gibson) Tucker.

She was a graduate of Drew Central High School in Monticello and attended nursing school. She worked for the fingerprinting division of the FBI in Washington, DC for a few years and spent many years as a nurses assistant after moving to Rushville in 1989. She was a member of Main Street Christian Church and was involved with the Manta Mission at church.

She loved reading Louis L’Amour novels. Freddie was a Grandmother to all! !

Freddie is survived by a son, Keith “Bubba” Williams of Cookville, TN and daughters, Gail (Ron) Dietz of Bluffton, SC, Lea Ann (Greg) Jarman of Rushville, Sheri (Michael) Lenart of Mendon, MA and Beth May of Rushville, 17 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Robert Veasey and a grandson, Jacob May. Services will be held at 3 PM Sunday, November 4, 2018 in Moster Mortuary with Pastor Chip West presiding.

Friends are welcome to visit at the mortuary from 1PM until service time on Sunday. Private burial will be in Rushville’s East Hill Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Manta Mission at Main Street Christian Church.
