Obituary for Frederick Edward “Fred” Rode III Frederick “Fred” E. Rode III, passed away Tuesday January 22, 2019 at the age of 82 years. He was born on March 31, 1936 in Hartford to Frederick W. and Esther R.(nee Marth) Rode. He was raised in the Hartford area and was a farmer by trade.

His hobbies included antique cars, his farming, was a gifted mechanic, and was known as a person willing to help anyone that needed help. Fred is survived by his sister Elaine (the late Roger) Gust and his special friend Patricia McDonald, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.

A Funeral Service for Fred will be held at 12:00pm on Monday January 28th at Fifth Avenue Methodist Church (323 S Fifth Ave) with Pastor Clarissa Martinelli presiding. Visitation will at the church on Monday January 28th from 10:00am until time of service at 12:00pm. Interment will be at Union Cemetery in West Bend.
