Leesville-Fredrick Charles Betcher, Jr., 78, passed away Saturday, January 5, 2019. Born in Sidney, OH, he was the son of the late Fredrick Charles, Sr. and Virginia Myer Betcher. He retired from construction.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or American Diabetes Association. Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Historic B-L Chapel is assisting the family. Surviving include his wife, Barbara L. Betcher; sons, Jeffrey A. Betcher, Robert S. Betcher, and Jason C. Betcher; and 7 grandchildren.
