Obituary for Gene L. Ballinger Gene Lee Ballinger age 86 of Eaton, Ohio passed away peacefully Sunday April 8, 2018 at State of the Heart Care Center Greenville OH after an extended illness. He was born July 17, 1931 in Camden, Ohio to the late John and Mary Ballinger. He was a devoted husband of 62 years to the late Mary Louise Ballinger who died in 2013, father, grandfather and great grandfather.

In addition to his wife and parents, he is preceded in death by his brother and sister. Survived by his children; Connie (Ron) Spencer of Eaton, OH, Carolyn (Paul) Truax of Eaton, OH; Don (Diane) Ballinger of Eaton, OH; grandchildren Shana (Ross) Roberts of Greenville, OH; Jon Spencer, of West Alexandria, OH; Mandy Spencer of Eldorado, OH; Erin Miller of Eaton, OH; Matthew Curtis of Eaton, OH; Laura (Ritchie) Gingry of New Paris, OH and Brent Ballinger of Richmond, IN; great granddaughter who lived with him Emilie Satterfield of Eaton, OH; and numerous great grandchildren. Services to be held at the convenience of the family with arrangements made by Robert L. Crooks Funeral Center at Preble Memorial Gardens, West Alexandria, OH.
