George Robert Perry Jr, November 04, 1951 — December 23, 2018

Obituary for George Robert Perry Jr. George Robert Perry, Jr. or Bobby as he was known to his family and friends left this life to be with Jesus on Sunday, December 23, 2018. He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Joanne Perry. Bob has two daughters Tracy Riley and Tammy Moritz and son “in law” Brad Moritz.

He also shared the love of three grandchildren; Shayla Coleman, Hannah with her husband Hunter Cox and Dylan Riley. He was also blessed with one awesome Great Grandson Hudson Cox. His extended family includes his mother Helen Hampton, his twin Sister Jewel Fuchs, two brothers Bruce and his wife Sandy and Bill Perry, his youngest sister Theresa Coleman and three nephews Greg Harris, Justin Perry and Trey Coleman.

There will be many long days and nights ahead while we try to carry on with our lives and rebuild our broken hearts without our husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle and friend. His impact upon each of us was different but felt equally deep. The void he leaves through his passing will be felt throughout our remaining days.

While we don’t always understand God’s plan or His timing we do ask that you all share our comfort in knowing our Dad loved Jesus with his whole heart. While no man is ever perfect and all have fallen short of the glory of God, we find great peace in knowing we will surely see him again. We hope that comfort extends to all of you as well.

To honor his wishes, Joanne has chosen cremation instead of a standard funeral service. A memorial to celebrate his life will be planned at a later date. We ask that you keep us all in your prayers and lift us up during this time of adjustment and healing but especially our mother who has lost her best friend, her heart and soul and her joy in living each day. Rest easy Daddy…we will try our best to love and care for her as much as you have. 2 Corinthians 13:14 – May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.
