Obituary for Gerald Louis “Sparkey” Leblanc Gerald Louis “Sparkey” Leblanc, 79, a native and resident of Thibodaux, Louisiana, passed away on November 15, 2018. The family has requested that no services take place. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Martha Richard Leblanc; son, Henry Leblanc; step-son, Eric Thibodaux (Candice); step-daughter, Donna Thibodaux; son, Troy Leblanc; grandchildren, Hailey Leblanc, Isaac Thibodaux, Aaron Sims, and Jessie Thibodaux; sisters, Marion L. Malbrough, Betty Lou Toups (Donald), and Vivian L. Toups Bosarge; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Alton and Odette Benoit Leblanc; brothers, Alton Jr., Kenneth, and Harold Leblanc; and sister, Shirley L. Mayet. The family wishes to thank the staff of Terrebonne General Medical Center and CIS. Online condolences can be given at www.
