Gerald S. Kramer, 78, of Landingville, passed away Sunday at home while in the company of family members. Gerald was born in Landingville, Nov. 22, 1939, a son of the late Harry and Katherine Reber Kramer.

He was the husband of Mary Miller Kramer, to whom he was married for 60 years. Gerald was in charge of the cutting department at Hubler’s Shoe Factory. He was also employed by Wright’s Knit Wear.

Gerald was preceded in death by daughters, Cynthia Smith and Brenda Thompson; and brothers, Nelson Kramer and Arlan Kramer. Gerald is survived by a son, Jeffrey, husband of Miranda Kramer, Auburn. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Faith United Church of Christ, Landingville, with the Rev. James Fidler officiating. Interment will follow in Park Hill Cemetery, Landingville.

A viewing will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Ges-chwindt-Stabingas Funeral Home Inc., 25 E. Main St., Schuylkill Haven.
