Mr. Gnazio “Naz” Patrick Brangaccio, born on March 22, 1926 in Shelton, Connecticut, to the late Antonetta Tedesco and the late Frank Brangaccio, passed away at age 92 on May 10, 2018 in Conway, South Carolina. Gnazio served in the Army from 1950 to 1952 in the Korean War and he also devoted his career to working in the Automotive, Finance, Business and Real Estate industry. Gnazio was the loving husband of Georgette.

He is survived by his wife; three daughters and their husbands, Lisa MacNaughton (Jim MacNaughton), Gina Brangaccio (Mike Raymond, deceased), and Denise Michaelis (Kent Michaelis); sister Virginia Brangaccio; grandchildren Adam Burr, Daniel Bailey, Sarah Burr Pergolotti, Christina Bailey, Charles Michaelis, Mark Michaelis, Rayven Raymond, Jamie Gonzalez and Josh MacNaughton; and seven great-grandchildren. An avid golfer and golf fanatic, he also enjoyed hiking in his favorite state – Arizona. Gnazio, who never tired of reading, studying and learning, posted this memorable thought next to his desk: “Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and proclaiming, ‘Wow, what a ride!

! ! '” Private services will be held at a later date.
