Grace McNeeley Krumnacher August 30, 1920 – November 30, 2017 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| View Guest Book Entries| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Grace (McNeeley) Alexander McSpadden Krumnacher, age 97 of Loudon, passed away Thursday, November 30th, 2017. Grace was born to the late Douglas and Sara Catherine (McCarty) McNeeley in Union county. As many families did, they relocated in Loudon County to make way for Norris Dam.

Grace grew up with a serious work ethic. She believed in hard work and expected it from others. She loved every job she ever had and did her best to make a good employee for whomever she was working for…the Bacon Hosiery Mill, and the Viskase Corporation and probably her favorite was at North Middle School cafeteria where she enjoyed serving the children.

When she wasn’t working she loved to garden, she enjoyed square dancing and was committed to bowling to put it mildly. She was a member of Blairland Baptist Church where she enjoyed worshipping for many years. Grace was preceded in death by her parents, her sisters, Ruby McNeeley and Sabra Jones; her son, Jerry Alexander and husbands, Arnold Alexander and F.E. McSpadden.

She is survived by her children, Bobby Alexander, Lenoir City and Clara Alexander, Loudon; grandchildren and spouses, Sherri Dale, Calhoun, John “Pat” and Darla Alexander, Cleveland, Chris and Carrie Alexander, Lenoir City and Tim and Julie Alexander, Loudon; great-grandchildren, Justin, Josh, Chloe and Jordan; husband, Gene Krumnacher, Lenoir City; 6 great-great grandchildren with one on the way; daughter-in-law, Barbara Alexander, Loudon; special friend and neighbor, Blanche Randolph. Services honoring and remembering Grace Krumnacher will be held 2:30 PM Sunday, Dec. 3rd, McGill-Karnes Chapel with Rev.

Jon Henson officiating. Interment to follow in Cedar Fork Cemetery, 1780 Sweetwater Rd, Philadelphia. Memorial contributions may be made to Grace’s church, Blairland Baptist Church, 730 Steekee St., Loudon, TN 37774.
