Obituary for Gregory A. Ray Greg A. “Pops” Ray, age 54, of Robards, KY, passed away at 1:30 a.m. Thursday, November 8, 2018 at his home. Greg was a family man and those relationships were the most important part of his life. He would do anything for his family; even playing barbies with the grandchildren.

Greg enjoyed food! ! Other than pot roast, he was never known to pass up a good meal.

Greg was preceded in death by his father, Louis Ray. Greg is survived by his wife, Melissa; daughters, Cassie Crowder (Justin) of Henderson, KY, Raven Ray (Jesse) of Robards, KY, Kelsey Barnes (Josh) of Evansville, IN; mother, Rose Marie Henderson of Henderson, KY; brother, Ronnie Ray (Nancy) of Robards, KY; grandchildren: Adelyn Stone, Griffin Crowder, Gracelynn Crowder, Melrose Ray and Gibson Crowder. Relatives and friends are invited to Greg’s Life Celebration from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday, November 9, 2018 and again on Saturday starting at 9:00 a.m. at Benton-Glunt Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home with Reverend Keith Griffin officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Henderson, KY.
