“Greg brings to mind the image of a quiet smile wearing a man who left us with many wonderful memories to sustain us through this difficult time. He truly lived his faith every day by the life he lived. Having Greg in our family was a treasure of lifetime memories as we enjoyed vacations and everyday activities together.
Greg and Susan adventured to Wake Forest, North Carolina in July 2017. He truly loved this “adventure” where their move brought him better work opportunities. He and Susan enjoyed creating a beautiful home and gardens for family and friends can visit.
Greg continued his leadership role with Celebrate Recovery, a Christian-centered, 12-step recovery program at Crossroads Fellowship on Millbrook in Raleigh. We are especially proud of Greg’s 12 years of sobriety and 10 years of volunteer work in this ministry. His never-ending love as a husband, father, and steadfast friend, made Greg an exceptional man.
His departure has been extremely difficult; he will be greatly missed by all who loved him.
