Gregory Lynn Fields, 61, of Seattle, formerly of Lost Nation passed away on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 in Seattle, Washington. A Graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. at Smithtown Cemetery in Lost Nation. There will be a short celebration of life immediately following the committal service at Smithtown Church.

Lahey and Dawson Funeral Home is assisting the family at this time. Gregory was born on February 9, 1957 in Maquoketa, Iowa to Meryl and Eleanor (Starr) Fields. He graduated from Bellevue High School.

He was a jack of all trades, including panning for gold. Those left to cherish his memories are his sisters; Margaret Fields, Sondra Cantrell, Karen (Roger) Griffin, brothers; Meryl (Sandra) Fields, Allen (Susan) Fields, sisters-in-law Elinor Fields and Carol Welch. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Bill and great-nephew Brandon Hacker.
