Obituary of Harold Lewis Harold Lewis, age 85 of Idabel, OK passed away on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at Hugo, OK. He was born on February 24, 1933 outside of Garvin, OK. He married his wife Alene in DeQueen, AR on March 18, 1953.

Harold worked as a heavy equipment operator for Quality Rock for over 30 years. He enjoyed picking the guitar and could play anything. Harold was also a self taught auctioneer.

He was affiliated with the Grace Assembly Church and was a lifetime resident of McCurtain County. Harold was a hard worker and dedicated provider for his family as well as a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence Lewis Sr.; a daughter, Anita Green; grandson, Damon Lewis; and brothers, Altus Lewis and Curtis Lewis.

Harold leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Alene Lewis of Idabel, OK; mother, Georgia Lewis of Idabel, OK; a son, Glen Lewis of Idabel, OK; grandchildren, Landon Lewis and Aaron Green; great-grandchildren, Brandon Lewis, Dylan Lewis, Justin Lewis, John Loyd and Ashton Loyd; great-great-grandchild, Zander Lewis; brother, Clarence Lewis Jr. and Rose of Idabel, OK; a sister, Bobbie Castleman of Hobbs, NM; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, January 21, 2019 at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at the White Family Chapel in Idabel, OK with Bro Elwayne Schaeffer and Bro Kyle Jordan officiating.

Interment will follow at the Wheelock Cemetery.
