Janice Fitzsimmons, 57 of Idabel, passed away February 12, 2019 at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was born February 23, 1961, the daughter of Jessie Leon and Mary Nell Coffman. She was a lifetime resident of McCurtain County.

An avid antique collector, she valued antiques whether they were valuable or not. She also enjoyed hunting and fishing. She is survived by her mother, Mary Nell Hawkins of Idabel; brother and sister-in-law, Winfred and Jan Coffman of Jonesboro, Louisiana; niece, Stefani Cooper of Jonesboro; great-niece, Malynn Cooper of Jonesboro; numerous cousins, other relatives and friends.

Janice was preceded in death by her father, Jessie Leon Coffman; sister, Debbie Coffman Gilbert; and husband, Chuck Madison. A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 15, 2019 at the Denison Cemetery Pavillion with Orval Minyard officiating. Interment will follow.
