Harold Raymond Sauls, 94, of Jefferson City, passed away Thursday, May 31, 2018, at River City Living Community. He was born May 26, 1924, in Iberia, Missouri, the son of the late Andy and Ova (Prater) Sauls. He was united in marriage in 1943 in Iberia, Missouri to Lola Esther Sauls who preceded him in death on July 17, 2017.

In his early years, Harold worked harvesting wheat. He eventually began working for Pan Handle Eastern (now Spectra Energy) as an engine mechanic and oiler. He was an active member of Calvary Assembly of God.

Harold also enjoyed working on scooters and mowers. Survivors include one son, Gene (Ilene) Sauls, Jefferson City; two granddaughters, Lola Smith and Kelly Bodenhamer; and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; his daughter, Peggy Hall; one sister, Edith McDowell; and a brother, JB Sauls.

Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. Wednesday, June 6, 2018, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 6, 2018, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home with the Rev. Jeff Higbie officiating.

Burial will be 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 6, 2018, in Bethany Cemetery in Iberia. Memorials are suggested to Calvary Assembly of God Church, 704 Rock Hill Road, Jefferson City, MO 65109. Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
