Harriet C. (Dunmire) Hazlett, 86, Hollidaysburg, died Wednesday at UPMC Altoona. She was born at home in Hollidaysburg, daughter of the late Harry and Sara (Showalter) Dunmire. She married Omer W. Hazlett Sr. in 1950.

Surviving are her husband of 68 years; three daughters: Sally Heinman and husband, Ed, in Georgia, Debbie Ulicne and husband, John, of Hollidaysburg, and Christine Swope and husband, Rodney, of Roaring Spring; two sons: Omer Jr. and wife Linda, of Duncansville, and Steven and wife, Sharon, of Cresson; 18 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and a sister, Peggy Yates in Oregon. She was a former member of Altoona Bible Church. Harriet loved shopping and doing crafts At Harriet’s request, there will be no public services.

Arrangements are by Sorge Funeral Home Inc., Hollidaysburg.
