Randall C. “Randy” Deter, 64, Aiken, S.C., formerly of Duncansville, passed away Monday, Jan. 14, 2019, at his residence. He was born in Roaring Spring, son of the late Chester R. and Shirley (Gunnett) Deter Surviving are two sisters: Jayetta Fuchs and husband, David, of Duncansville, and Elaine C. Miller and husband, George, of Mahaffey; a niece, Nicole Fuchs; three nephews: Jayson Fuchs, George Miller II and Benjamin Miller; and a special aunt, Lois Young of Somerset.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Anna Linette. Randy was a graduate of Hollidaysburg Area High School. He retired from Conrail after 17 years as a mechanic.

He enjoyed fishing, hunting and working on cars. Friends will be received from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2019, at Sorge Funeral Home Inc., Hollidaysburg.

There will be no public funeral. Inurnment will be at Royer Cemtery.
