Helen L. (Nori) Johnson, 92, Hollidaysburg, passed away Friday at UPMC Altoona. She was born in Hollidaysburg, daughter of the late Angelo and Adeline (Polce) Nori. She married William E. Johnson in 1968, and he preceded her in death on July 6, 1969.

Surviving are several nieces and nephews: Carol (Bud) McCoy, Emily (Bill) Padamonsky, Deborah Glunt, John (Brenda) Nori, Ronald (Sue) Nori, Eugene Corl and Kate Kase. Helen graduated from Hollidaysburg High School in 1944. She retired from Bell of Pa.

on Dec. 16, 1983, after 37 years of service as an information operator. She was a member of St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, Hollidaysburg.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 25, 2019, at St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, Hollidaysburg, Father Anthony J. Legarski celebrant. Committal will be at Grandview Cemetery, Saxton.
