Helen Louise Crabb, 74, passed away March 19, 2019 in her home. She was born December 31, 1944 in Crawfordsville, Indiana to John William and Edith C. Charters Shanklin. Helen worked and retired from Grease Monkey as a Manager after 22 dedicated years.

She was a loving mother and cared for her large family very much. She loved to travel, day trips to anywhere and ocean cruises were some of her favorites. She loved her fur babies (cats and dogs) and spoiled them rotten.

She is preceded in death by her mother and father, and a step-father, Clifford Cornell, her husband, Clarence Crabb (d. 2004), a son, Victor Crabb, a daughter, Debbie Norton (Frank), a son in law, Jack Mott and 7 brothers and sisters. She is survived by sons; David Boyce (Rhonda), Perry Crabb (Deborah), Robert Crabb (Lee Ann), daughters; Kathy Hammond (Shawn), Tawnya Mott, Sarah Rainey, Gloria Collins (Jesse), a brother, Cliff Cornell Jr. (Donna), along with numerious grandchildren and many great grandchildren.

She is also survived by her companion, David Boyd and his children Donald Carty (Dalia), Alice Cooper (Billy). Services for Helen will be Saturday, March 23, 2019 at 1 pm in Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street, Terre Haute, Indiana, 47804. Visitation will be from 11 am until service time at the funeral home on Saturday.

Pastor Dick Smith will officiate. Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.
