to the late Tom and Carmen Silva. Helen was the sixth of nine children. She passed away peacefully, surrounded by family in her N. Las Vegas, Nevada home on October 2, 2018.

She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, sister, sister-in-law and aunt to many nieces, nephews, and a friend to all she knew and loved. She was married to the late Robert Leftridge Sr. for 49 years. She is survived by seven of her eight children; Kenneth Silva, Gayle Escamilla, Ruth Harris, Robin Leftridge, Francis Simpson, Robert Leftridge Jr., Teresa Servantez, Helen Huerta (granddaughter she raised) and her 25 grandchildren, 61 great grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren, her two sisters, Loretta Rogers and Rose Winsted, two sister-in-laws, Barbara and Alta Silva, as well as many other relatives and friends.
