Henry had worked as a professional truck driver and later with the Lamesa ISD and a bus driver and custodian. Henry was retired and a proud veteran of the National Guard. He enjoyed dancing and spending time with his family.

Survivors include his daughter, Priscilla Billalobos of Lamesa, his son, Abam Billalobos of San Antonio, TX; his significant-other, Lupita Arbizu of Lamesa; his brother, Thomas Billalobos of Lamesa; his sisters, Luteria Hernandez of Lamesa, and Juana Fernandez of Lamesa; his step-sons, Gabriel Arbizu of Lubbock, TX, James Arbizu of Lamesa; his step-daughters, JoAnn Flores of Lamesa, Lupe Arbizu of Lubbock, Bridget Natividad of Lubbock; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
